How to look after Woolly Daydreams metal jewellery.
Copper and silver will both darken as they age.
This is called oxidation. It is caused by oxygen contacting the metal.
To keep silver plated or copper jewellery at its best protect it from perfume, body sprays, chlorinated and salt water and other chemicals.
After wearing give your jewellery a gentle polish with a soft cloth and store in a box or bag that excludes air and moisture.
If your jewellery does darken more than you like it can be cleaned with a proprietary metal polish, and given a couple of coats of wax based polish, or, a clear varnish suitable for metal. nail varnish is fine.
